COAA members vote to update Article IV, Membership, of COAA By-Laws

COAA members approved removing the course of study criteria from Student Membership definition, so the membership is open to all individuals who are full-time students (nine or more credit hours per semester).

Members also voted to add an Educator Membership category open to individuals whose primary employment is as a faculty member with an institution of higher education.
