Please note the following information:

Memberships purchased November 1 - April 30 renew January 1 each year
Memberships purchased May 1 - October 31 renew July 1 each year
Dues may not be deducted as a charitable contribution

Owner Membership:

Owner membership will be available to any individual, corporation, partnership, proprietorship, joint venture or any state, local or federal governmental body or agency who either regularly or from time to time engage in construction activities as the owner or developer. Standard Owner Membership includes one organization representative. Representative is eligible to vote.
Cost - $350.00/yr.

Owner Corporate Membership:

Owner membership will be available to any individual, corporation, partnership, proprietorship, joint venture or any state, local or federal governmental body or agency who either regularly or from time to time engage in construction activities as the owner or developer.
Corporate members designate a principal representative for voting purposes and can have up to three additional representatives from the same organization being accorded regular membership privileges, except for voting.
Cost - $1000/yr.

Associate Membership:

Associate members are individuals and entities who have an interest in the owner's role in the construction process. (e.g., Builders, Designers, Consultants, Sureties, Software Cos., Attorneys, etc.) They are allowed full participation in the activities of the Association, except for voting, decision-making, administering and governing of the Association.
Cost - $1000/yr.
Additional Associate Memberships can be purchased at 50% discount.

Student Membership:

Open to individuals who are full-time students (nine or more credit hours per semester). After submitting form below, please send Student membership application to COAA via email or fax to 404-577-3551.
Cost - $40/yr.

Educator Membership:

Open to individuals whos primary employment is as a faculty member with an institution of higher education.
