The Construction Owners Association of America Awards Albert E. Phillips Scholarship
The Construction Owners Association of America (COAA) announced the recipients of the Albert E. Phillips Scholarship at the 2017 COAA Spring Owners Leadership Conference in St. Louis, MO.
The scholarship acknowledges education as a critical element to the success of those pursuing a career in the construction, planning, and design industry and offers up to 3,000 dollars to two students.

Curtis Lucas - Construction Management Major, University of Houston, Houston, TX
Al Phillips is a founding member of COAA and served as general counsel for the organization for 13 years. Phillips is of counsel in the Atlanta law firm of Cohen Pollock Merlin & Small.
