Mr. Rodriguez is a registered architect with forty-four years of professional experience in the design, construction, and management of complex educational, governmental, and commercial projects in various areas of responsibility. 

As Director of Planning & Operations at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, he is responsible for managing and directing planning and design, space management, access control and security. Over his twenty twenty-eight years of experience in public Higher Education, he has filled a variety of roles at both FIU and Miami-Dade Community College.
