Speaker Bio
Anna serves as Director of Operational Excellence and Sustainability, providing leadership to ensure the integration of sustainable practices across the University. Anna oversees the implementation of the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s sustainability master plan and business process improvements within Facilities and Operations. Anna enjoys bringing people and processes together to implement projects that solve real-world challenges. Anna became a certified project manager in 2018, and has 10 years of project management experience, ranging from building renovations to enterprise wide software implementations.
