ABOUT OTI COURSES
The curriculum includes 13 Owner-focused courses, focused on Core Skills, Process Management, Project Delivery, and Team Selection/Procurement. To maximize the learning experience, attendance is capped at 25, and courses are led by COAA's signature three-person team of instructors - an Owner, design professional, and builder - allowing participants to gain a great understanding of each party's perspective.

VIRTUAL OTI
The (13) OTI courses are designed to be delivered in person, with a maximum class size of 25 to ensure a low instructor/attendee ratio. With COVID-19 limiting the ability to gather in person, COAA has developed virtual offerings for three of the courses:
- The Design Process Management course, normally a full day and offering 8.0 CEUs or Learning Units, is available for virtual delivery as a 4-hour course offering 4.0 CEUs/LUs.
- The Project Closeout course, normally a full day and offering 8.0 CEUs or Learning Units, is available for virtual delivery as a 4-hour course offering 4.0 CEUs/LUs.
- The Design-Bid-Build: How To Make It Work Well course, normally a full day and offering 8.0 CEUs or Learning Units, is available for virtual delivery as a 4-hour course offering 4.0 CEUs/LUs.
The Cost Management course is in being fully converted to a virtual offering and is expected to be ready for delivery at some point in 2022.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). COAA will refund the full cost of registration for cancellations received 30 or more calendar days before the course date. COAA is not responsible for any incurred travel or lodging charges.
