Speaker Bio
Soraya is the Carolina’s Higher Education Client Leader and Project Manager. She has a hands-on approach to project management and works closely with other design team members, contractors, and construction administrators to deliver a cohesive final project. Her time management, communication, problem-solving, and organization skills result in projects that come in on time and budget while meeting clients’ aspirational goals. As Project Manager, it is Soraya’s responsibility to balance multiple tasks including design, budget and schedule while achieving the project budget goals. She excels at listening to clients and aiding the development of functionally appropriate design solutions.
