Speaker Bio
Tom has been a member of the Design and Construction Services team at UMBC for the past ten years. He has over fifteen years of experience managing higher education projects and over twenty five years of overall design and construction experience. Tom’s involvement in projects includes base building office towers, radio stations, athletic, laboratory and healthcare facilities.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Real Estate from American University.
