Speaker Bio
Matt is a licensed architect with over 17 years of experience in various types of architecture including aviation, governmental, higher education, transportation, industrial, retail, military and multi-family building types. He brings creative and impactful design solutions to the project team, solving challenges with aesthetically pleasing results.
As a Project Director with K2M Design, Matt performs a variety of architectural and managerial duties and remains involved throughout all phases of a project, from planning and programming through early conceptual design to CA. Over the years, he has lent his time and talents to several organizations, including Citizen Schools, Boy Scouts of America, and AIA Charlotte, where he cofounded the YAF Leadership Program and was awarded Emerging Professional of the Year in 2016.
