Speaker Bio
Paul O’Keef, LEED AP, brings a 15 year background in commercial construction to aid guidance and collaborative approaches on Capital projects for Virginia Tech. He drives his end-users to clearly communicate their culture and goals so designers and builders provide can deliver the most value with the resources available. He works to forge lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with the entire project team, helping support project-level and long-term programmatic goals while supporting the success of the designers and builders. He seeks to lead project teams to achieve collective goals through delivering on proactive, thorough, and clear planning. He’s teamed on projects including large design/build, occupied renovations, unique science labs, multi-family, and K12.
