Capital planning, design, construction, and program operations executive with approximately 20 years of experience supporting complex capital programs across healthcare, higher education, research, and mission-critical environments.
My work has centered on helping organizations plan, govern, and deliver capital investments through strong processes, clear communication, reliable data, disciplined project execution, and, more recently, thoughtful AI strategy. Experience includes capital planning, master planning, design and construction programs, project controls, procurement and contracting initiatives, PMIS implementation, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multi-site organizations.
Especially interested in building the systems, teams, and decision-making frameworks that help capital programs operate more consistently and transparently, with a focus on the intersection of capital strategy, operational excellence, data, technology, AI-enabled systems, and mission-driven facility development.
