Lee Sehon

Lee Sehon and APSI Construction Management provide specialized project management, scheduling, and controls services to both public agencies and private owners and developers across the United States and in the Caribbean. Lee brings a unique combination of operational expertise, legal knowledge, and business strategy to his role as Vice President and Director of Growth at APSI, and to the AEC community they proudly serve. He has successfully led the negotiation, management, and delivery of more than $1 billion in construction project hard assets. His broad expertise includes construction law, finance, real estate development, governance, design management, construction management, and specialized team building, making him a trusted leader for the interests of his clients. His experience spans many product types including office and healthcare space, hospitality, retail, residential, governmental, and civil works.

Lee started his career with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, and earned a Juris Doctorate and an MBA in his spare time. He enjoys executive leadership, building businesses, and mentoring younger professionals.

At APSI Construction Management, Lee helps shape the firm’s long-term vision while leading daily operations, business development efforts, and client relations.
