Speaker Bio
Tom has held a Project Manager position in the Design and Construction Services department at UMBC for over seven years. He has over twelve years of experience managing higher education projects and over twenty three years of overall design and construction experience. Tom’s involvement in projects includes base building office towers, radio stations, athletic, laboratory and healthcare facilities.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Real Estate from American University.
