Speaker Bio
Susan Medeiros has over 19 years in the capital construction improvement sector supporting and driving all aspects of new builds as well as renovation initiatives. At Cumberland Farms since 2003 which was acquired by EG America in 2019, Medeiros played a key role in the expansion of the Cumberland brand in the New England and Florida markets and now is part of the leadership team involved in standardizing stores among the 10 different legal entities and brands. She manages and directs a team that works across the entire organization and with all levels of management, playing a key role in driving compliance and processes for many of the major capital programs that EG America takes on.
Medeiros has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Business Ethics and Compliance.
