Group Rate:  Run of House: $189.00 Single/Double

The COAA Group Room Rates are subject to state, county, and city taxes in place at the time of occupancy
and which currently total 15.25%

Cut Off Date for Group Rate: The deadline to reserve a room at the conference rate is Friday, April 14, 2023, or until rooms at the hotel sell out, whichever comes first.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax.
