With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, event management, and customer service, Jenell has built a reputation for creating engaging, high-impact experiences that bring industry professionals together. She is passionate about fostering collaboration within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) community while incorporating community outreach through initiatives like COAA Cares. Jenell Calloway is the Manager of Meetings & Events for the Construction Owners Association of America (COAA), bringing more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, conference management, and organizational leadership. An Atlanta, Georgia, native, she specializes in planning and delivering national conferences, educational programs, certification courses, and industry events that create meaningful connections and exceptional attendee experiences.
Jenell is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), and Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) Certified Coach. A former NCAA Track & Field All-American, she is passionate about leadership, collaboration, mentoring, and community service through initiatives like COAA Cares.
Outside of work, Jenell enjoys playing pickleball with her 14-year-old son, Herman, and helping others connect through sports and service.
