RJ is a Vice President in our Tampa, Florida Whiting-Turner office beginning with Whiting-Turner in 2008. RJ was an architect in the Orlando area for 5 years after graduating from the University of Florida, where he met his wife. RJ was the first strategic hire to begin Whiting-Turner’s VDC Group and today he supports projects across the nation plan and execute strategies around innovation, technology and lean strategies that create High Performance Teams.
