With over 14 years of success in running full cycle project management, I have repeatedly proven my talent for adapting to new industries and finalizing diverse projects in full compliance with timeline and budgetary targets.

I have directed projects as both a general contractor and owner representative, successfully coordinating all construction, architectural, and engineering operations for new builds, renovations, remodels, extensions, relocations, MEP upgrades/decommissioning, and corporate takeovers. My exceptional leadership skills have allowed me to guide and streamline project and construction operations, manage teams of contractors, and cultivate productive relationships with architects, engineers, vendors, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.

I am driven to optimize project and operational performance by applying continuous improvement methodologies, implementing value engineering solutions, and placing strict control over schedules, cost, and profitability. In addition, I have excelled at overcoming significant project risks by leveraging creative problem solving and taking ownership of emergency situations.

With a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Texas A&M International University and credentials as a Certified Educational Facilities Planner (CEFP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), I am well-equipped to take on any challenge in the construction industry.
