This lecture will include in-depth analyses of these sections of the LEED Reference Guide for Building Design and Construction (BD+C) rating system. Actual project examples from all named sections will be detailed to the class.

- Review the overall purpose and structure of the USGBC's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system
- Gain fundamental knowledge of the Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) component of the LEED BD+C certification process
- Gain fundamental knowledge of the Innovation component of the LEED BD+C certification process
- Gain fundamental knowledge of the Regional Priority component of the LEED BD+C certification process
