Join Us for an Exclusive Hard-Hat Tour of Carilion's Crystal Spring Tower Project!

The COAA-VA Chapter proudly presents the Hard-Hat Tour of Carilion's Crystal Spring Tower project in Roanoke, VA, hosted and sponsored by Robins & Morton/Branch Builds. This large-scale healthcare project entails adding over 500,000 sf of new construction, including a parking structure and pedestrian bridge, to the existing Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital campus.

Join us for an insightful tour featuring a brief overview of lean processes employed in project coordination and strategies for enhancing stakeholder communication.

Following the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to network at a social event.

Learning Objectives

1.    Understand the implementation of lean processes in large-scale healthcare construction projects.

2.    Learn strategies for coordinating complex construction projects involving multiple stakeholders.

3.    Gain insights into effective communication methods within the construction industry, particularly among stakeholders.
