COAA-VA’s Spring Workshop will take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at GMU’s Fuse at Mason Square a landmark P3 development in the heart of Arlington.
Join fellow Owners and industry partners for a half-day program featuring a blend of soft-skill and technical content, including:
• An introduction to public-private partnership (P3) delivery
• Strategies for building controls and energy management
• A project overview and guided tour of this innovative facility
