Vincent Testa, MBA, PE, CCM
Regional Manager, Procon Consulting
Vincent Testa is a Regional Manager at Procon Consulting, where he manages operations across multiple markets while leading strategic pursuits and advancing the integration of technology into core business practices. With over 15 years of experience in construction, he focuses on helping organizations integrate technology into real workflows to improve performance, transparency, and decision making. Vincent serves on the CMAA Board of Governors and has been actively involved in the CMAA National Technology Committee since 2014. He continues supporting the advancement of construction technology across the industry and co-authored Managing Construction Technology.

Brian Tracy, PE, CCM
Director of Construction Management, Ausonio
Brian Tracy is the Director of Construction Management at Ausonio with over 20 years of experience across complex construction programs. His background includes leadership roles with Kiewit, MBP, Cotter Consulting, and Ausonio, where he has focused on project delivery, controls, and the application of technology in the field. Brian serves as Chair of the CMAA National Technology Committee and is an adjunct and guest lecturer. He is also a co-author of Managing Construction Technology.
