February’s eForum xChange topic is Carbon Neutrality. Some questions to ponder for discussion:

• Is your state starting to implement or mandate requirements around buildings being carbon neutral?
• Have you renovated facilities to be carbon neutral or completed a carbon neutral base new build?
• What type of budget is needed to convert buildings to be carbon neutral or how much of a cost increase is a carbon neutral base building?
• What type and to what extent of infrastructure improvements do you anticipate needing to meet carbon neutral initiatives (i.e. electrical infrastructure, convert gas fired equipment)?
