Join us for this monthly Member's Only resource, allowing you to connect with COAA Members via Zoom to ask questions, pose challenges, or just test the waters on a new idea. Each month is different, with some months having a specific topic and some months the attendees determine what will be discussed. 

The topic for June is Small But Mighty Projects. Did you know COAA has an initiative to help Owners with the "small projects"? The terms “small project” or “minor project” imply simplicity and ease, but Owners know that these projects are often the most difficult to execute.  Fewer zeroes, but just as many or more headaches, right?  Regardless of how different organizations might define the terms – for example, project cost of $5M or less OR construction cost of $500k or less – the challenges are fairly uniform.
