Webinar Description:
A COAA survey of Owners in 2020 revealed that one of the primary “pain points” associated with small or minor projects is misalignment of project scope/goals with funding.  Hear from an experienced Owner how he and his organization have reduced this risk with a road-tested approach to conceptual estimating.

COAA will apply for AIA LUs for this webinar.
