OTI Instructor Bio
Andrew is a Vice President for the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company – a multi-billion dollar company with a reputation for excellence since 1909. As a proven leader, he is skilled at effective and agile leadership in the evolving construction industry while maintaining alignment with the vision of growth through continuous improvement. Over his 27 years in the construction industry, Andrew has worked, managed, and led approximately $2B in construction projects using a variety of delivery methods, including CMAR, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Multi-Prime. Most of these projects included preconstruction services with collaborative strategies such as Target Value Delivery and Design-Assist.
Andrew specialized in higher education for the first 14-years of his career and has since expanded to science & technology, healthcare, and intersections of those sectors (e.g., schools of medicine and research parks). He leads a group of 70 people who pursue, build, deliver, and support clients in a variety of markets in the greater Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area.
