OTI Instructor Bio
Chuck is a Vice President with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company – a construction management company headquartered in Baltimore with a strong reputation for integrity and excellence since 1909. He has roughly 40 years of experience in successfully managing construction projects across the U.S. – ranging from pharmaceutical and nuclear power plants to higher education and senior living – using various project delivery methods, including Design-Build.
Chuck started his career in construction as a mason, then graduated from Spring Garden College in Philadelphia with a degree in Construction Engineering. Starting his career with Whiting-Turner in 1985 as a Project Engineer, he worked his way up through the ranks of the company and currently manages an operations group out of the Baltimore office.
When not traveling for projects, he enjoys completing home projects and hanging out with his wife, kids, and grandson.
OTI Courses Taught
