A strategic and collaborative leader, Kathryn has 40 years of experience in planning, design and construction for higher education facilities. She served as the University Architect at UNC Charlotte (UNCC) from 2015-2025 and provided leadership for the University’s $500 million capital improvement program as the Director of Planning Design and Construction.
