On March 24th, the COAA-TX EP Hard Hat Tour program partnered with Medistar to tour the new Life Center of the Texas Medical Center A&M campus expansion, as a follow-up to the session Medistar presented at the COAA-TX 2021 Fall Workshop.

The tour began with a birds-eye view of the Life Tower from the 35th Floor Sky Lounge at the Latitude apartment Tower. The Life Tower is a 714-bed student housing building that is part of the new three-tower Texas A&M Innovation Plaza campus in Houston.

The design of the facility includes locations for students to network and study together. The room options have a combination between single units up to four units each with shared central living area and kitchen space. The views on the upper floors provide beautiful sites of the Medical Center and Downtown of Houston.

As a bonus the Life Center’s first floor includes shops and restaurants for conveniences close to their new home. Students should have a well-rounded experience in this new facility to make their college experience one of a kind.  The tour concluded at the Intercontinental hotel for a post-tour discussion and additional networking.
