Speaker Bio
Chip earned both his BS and March from Clemson University. Following 19 years in private practice at Bignell Watkins Hasser in Annapolis, Md., working on a wide range of retail, commercial office, residential, schools and fire station projects, Chip joined the University of Maryland in 2010.
While at Maryland, Chip has managed the design and construction of multiple small and large projects.
