Professional Bio
As Director of Capital Projects, I lead the delivery of Charleston County’s vertical Capital Improvement Program, overseeing complex public facilities that strengthen our community. I focus exclusively on CIP projects delegated to me by the County Administrator, ensuring each assignment is executed with clarity, accountability, and disciplined project governance.
I work at the intersection of design, construction, and leadership, guiding teams through planning, budgeting, contracting, and delivery. My role is to protect the County’s interests, maintain transparency, and ensure every project reflects the high standards expected by our leadership and our residents.
I’m passionate about building sustainable, resilient public facilities and developing the systems, relationships, and processes that make long-term success possible. My commitment is simple: deliver projects that serve people, enhance County operations, and stand the test of time.
