Join us for this monthly Member's Only resource, allowing you to connect with COAA Members via Zoom to ask questions, pose challenges, or just test the waters on a new idea. Each month is different, with some months having a specific topic and some months the attendees determine what will be discussed. 

April's eForum xChange is about conflict resolution in project teams.

Conflict is inevitable on projects, whether between stakeholders, consultants, contractors, or internal teams. In constructive environments, conflict can surface valuable insights and improve outcomes. In less supportive environments, conflict that isn’t managed well can stall progress, erode trust, and increase risk.

This session invites participants to share experiences, practical strategies, and lessons learned in resolving conflict within the owner/industry context. Participants are encouraged to relate real situations and collaborative approaches that worked (or failed), focusing on peer learning rather than theory.
