What Makes For a Great Owner?

COAA's mission is pretty simple ... help Owners be better Owners.  Being part of the COAA community positions Owners to do exactly that since they're surrounded by others who yearn to do just a little better, every day.

The COAA Way is our ethos and part of that is the idea that there is such a thing as a "good" Owner.  That is, the kind of Owner that designers, builders, and other project stakeholders want to work with.  Striving to be that "good Owner" is even more important these days since there's so much work happening that service providers can pick & choose who they work with.
