With 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Stephen has been a part of nearly $2 billion dollars of construction projects in a diverse range of market sectors; including higher education, science and technology, senior living, entertainment, data centers, and the performing arts. In addition to an extensive background in mechanical and electrical systems, Stephen is also experienced in BIM/VDC, lean construction, sustainability, off-site and modular construction, and high-performance buildings.
