Larry has extensive experience in capital project management: successful leadership of major healthcare projects, budget development, design and construction management, effective communications with clinical and administrative leaders, cost and schedule controls, collaboration with clinicians, health system support personnel, designers, and contractors. Experience with a variety of contracting approaches: Lump Sum, Guaranteed Max Price, Design-Build, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
