The POA Owner’s Representative serves as an integral member of the owner’s organization to monitor, measure, and manage the financial performance of an enterprise, project, or portfolio using discipline and proven best practices. Recognizing that financial results are rearward-looking output measures of effectiveness, POA maps the financial targets to project or plant input drivers, using these as control levers to achieve certainty of outcomes.
