Bradley Clay

I have been in the construction industry for 10 years now. I have worked for contractors, ARDOT, an engineering firm, and for my Alma Mater in the D&C department where I am currently the senior assistant director of construction services. I have a staff of about 25 professionals and tradesmen and together we oversee the construction activities at Missouri S&T.
I am a licensed engineer with a PMP certification and I just finished my MBA that will be officially awarded in December. My main skill sets are in civil design, project management, and leadership. I also have my part 107 drone pilot's license, so when I need to relax at work I like to go take pictures of our construction progress.
I enjoy getting to work with contractors in rural America, where we are located, because they are very proud of the work that they do. I think improvements can be made, especially on the technology side of the business, and that is why I am passionate about teaching people how to better use the tools at their disposal.
