ZOOM
Event Details
Your most experienced team members carry years of project history, clever workarounds, and invaluable process knowledge. But what happens when they retire… or walk out the door?
Too often, that expertise vanishes with them, leaving the next person scrambling to rebuild from scratch.
Join us for a free webinar where we’ll share how Owners can preserve institutional knowledge and protect project continuity before project amnesia sets in.
You’ll learn:
- Key workforce trends impacting construction Owners
- Common pitfalls of poor knowledge capture
- How to standardize and retain expertise through templates, dashboards, and structured hand-offs
- Ways to create a culture of documentation that empowers every team member to contribute to knowledge retention
Don’t wait for the retirement party to start capturing what matters most to your construction program.
