Event Details

The Florida chapter of COAA will host an Owners-only workshop on March 6.  The "safe space" will allow for candid, peer-to-peer discussions of these and other topics:

  • Staffing (recruiting, retention, outsourcing, etc.)
  • Programming and pre-design best practices (prior to solicitations), including conceptual estimating
  • Cost escalation (risk mitigation, contingencies, etc.)

Each Owner organization is limited to FIVE attendees since space is limited.
