We have been made aware that a company has been emailing and calling COAA Connect attendees suggesting that they will book your hotel reservations for the upcoming COAA Connect Conference.  ***Contact by any company soliciting as the “official” COAA Conference housing company, offering special non-refundable rates at the COAA Connect Conference hotel or any other nearby hotel, and requesting credit card information is a scam. All attendees and exhibitors should be aware that no one from the Construction Owners Association of America, the COAA Connect Conference team or the Desoto Hotel never solicits directly by telephone for hotel bookings or special discounts.

There are two ways to book your hotel for the COAA Connect conference. Either call DeSoto directly at 912-231-1633 and tell them you are with COAA or use THIS LINK.
